The PARI Secretariat is led by Bernie Refuerzo (Soundsright), a senior member dedicated to overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization. Under the guidance of Enzo S. Valdez, the President of PARI, the team is committed to maintaining business efficiency through effective executive duties and functions. Adding to the strength of the Secretariat are Mark Salaveria and Jonny Daffon, who serve as invaluable Admin Staff, supporting the team in various operational tasks.
